Popular Tales from the Norse — Part 2 of 14 (The Mastermaid — Part One)
Disclosure: this performance is narrated by AI-generated voices.
Boots out-tells a princess, a fox talks his way into work, and a prince meets the Mastermaid. In Boots Who Made the Princess Say, "That's a Story", a king's daughter is such a teller of tall tales that Boots wagers he can make her cry out that his story is a lie — and wins. In The Fox as Herdsman, the fox begs a job guarding the herd, with predictable results. In The Mastermaid — Part One, a prince in service to a giant survives impossible tasks with secret help from the giant's own Mastermaid.
